Official letter No.1113/TCT-CS on 29th March, 2012 responding to CIT policy

 

Based on provisions set out  in this document. The company has expasion investment projects, but at the end of 2008, the construction is still in progress and completed in 2009 then the company is sill tax- incentived according to Circular 134/2007/TT-BTC, Ministry of Finance.
